Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support for users
  • Take inbound and internal calls
  • Assist users with basic software/hardware related problems

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Understanding of Microsoft related products
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Hours: Friday – Tuesday 6:00AM to 2:30PM
