  • Enter data into the company’s application
  • Review and enter data for plumbing renewal applications
  • Provide phone support and troubleshoot the online line licensing system
  • Act as the first point of contact to the public needing assistance using and/or troubleshooting the online licensing system
  • Perform some administrative duties


  • 3+ years of experience in a phone-based help desk support role
  • Experience using database management software
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues related to database management software and web-based services
  • Skilled in basic Microsoft Office products, various internet browsers, and Windows 10 software
  • Understanding of the general rules, regulations, and procedures regarding licensing requirements
  • Able to quickly learn the company’s application and its functionality
  • Strong communication, data entry, and administrative skills
  • Outstanding multi-tasking, problem-solving, customer service, and time management skills
