  • Develop, document, and implement Azure services using Azure DevOps tools
  • Implement integrations requested by product teams
  • Automate operational processes with accuracy and in compliance with the company’s security requirements
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system, software, network, and storage failures
  • Provide training and documentation to product teams and other support teams


  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, automation, and orchestration technologies
  • Knowledgeable of agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git
  • Experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS services and in Cloud DevOps tools for automation and configuration
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Shell, Powershell, JavaScript, Python
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills
