Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside and hardware support for users
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Assist users with basic software and hardware related issues varying between basic password resets, O365 questions, and other connection-related problems
  • Help set up, image, and deploy laptops and PC’s

Requirements: 

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Skilled at troubleshooting issues
