This includes hooking up monitors, cables, docking stations, etc. This client continues to be a leader in the finance industry with a standard of excellence in customer service.   • Research desktop related issues escalated from tier I
  • Build computers and VMs
  • Create a positive customer support experience
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation and communicate promptly on progress
  • Log all support activity within the ticket tracking system


  • 1-2+ years of IT Service Desk experience
  • Strong communication and customer service
  • Strong hardware knowledge for setting up computers and phones.
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledgeable of Windows operating systems, mobile operating systems, and Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of server and printing technologies
  • Working knowledge of VMWare and McAfee Endpoint
