Responsibilities:

  • Provide escalated technical support fielding questions from internal and external end-users
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical issues related to Windows 10, VPN connectivity, home network/printers, mobile OS, and other related IT systems or hardware
  • Provide documentation for all calls and update the knowledge base
  • Stay on top of unresolved issues and follow up with end-users until resolution
  • Provide training and support to end-users over the phone
  • Backup the IT Asset Management team as demands increase

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience providing technical support in a Tier 2+ position
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology
  • In-depth knowledge supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10
