Responsibilities:
- Provide escalated technical support fielding questions from internal and external end-users
- Troubleshoot advanced technical issues related to Windows 10, VPN connectivity, home network/printers, mobile OS, and other related IT systems or hardware
- Provide documentation for all calls and update the knowledge base
- Stay on top of unresolved issues and follow up with end-users until resolution
- Provide training and support to end-users over the phone
- Backup the IT Asset Management team as demands increase
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience providing technical support in a Tier 2+ position
- Strong customer service skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology
- In-depth knowledge supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10
