Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of software applications for clients
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and prioritize the backlog
- Turn user requirements into user stories for developers
- Create agile reports for internal and external clients
- Ensure team is following agile best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead (or combination of Requirements Analyst and Scrum Master experience)
- Working knowledge of the scrum process and experience facilitating scrum ceremonies
- Skilled at turning user requirements into user stories for developers
- Agile reporting experience (e.g. burndown charts)
- Experience working with product owners to prioritize the backlog
- Jira experience is nice to have
