Responsibilities:

  • Oversee continuous improvement of the cloud engineer team’s environments and processes
  • Maximize the velocity and efficiency of development and deployment processes
  • Provide day-to-day administrative direction and oversight of key technology/information systems and general support activities
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement through research, retrospectives, discussion groups, and code reviews
  • Provide hands-on support and escalation for the engineering and cloud engineering team members
  • Drive agile best practices with team members, regular ceremony cadence, healthy backlog, testable stories, etc.

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical delivery lead role
  • Azure, AWS, or related cloud platform experience
  • Hands-on experience in agile methodologies including scrum
  • Familiar with work intake, ticketing, and queuing mechanism
  • Able to translate requirements into a technical design leveraging existing tools, services, and frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
