Are you experienced working with Azure Data Factory within an enterprise data environment? Our client is seeking a bright, detail-oriented Data Developer to play the role of technical lead on key strategic projects. The right individual will have strong communication skills as well. Positions available in Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte or Des Moines.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as technical lead to strategic and enterprise-level, data-driven projects
  • Design, implement, and update best practices for the data development team
  • Mentor other data developers and analysts
  • Create enterprise-level end-to-end data flow diagrams and logical data models
  • Develop and review complex SQL, T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, SSIS workflows, Azure Data Factory pipelines for various reporting and data development projects

Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of experience working in a data function or equivalent position where the primary responsibility is working with data, database design, and data development
  • Able to analyze enterprise-level data sources and determine relationships between disparate sources
  • Expertise in data warehousing and data modeling methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Agile methodologies experience
  • Expert knowledge of Talend and Azure Data Factory
  • Excellent communication skills
