Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business partners at all levels in the organization to gather and define requirements
- Use a variety of techniques like Storyboards, User Stories, and Diagrams in requirements documentation
- Create and document stories
- Perform integration and end to end manual testing by understanding overall application flow
- Work with developers to create and resolve bug stories for issues found
- Define and manage test data by supporting test strategy
- Define acceptance criteria, specify Gherkin scripts, and execute tests
- Facilitate meetings
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis and testing
- 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience developing and executing test cases
- Experience testing enterprise-scale web applications
- Expert in gathering requirements and creating well-documented user stories
- Proven experience working in agile teams
- Able to research, analyze, and resolve problem situations
- Strong communication, decision making, management, and organization skills
