Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business partners at all levels in the organization to gather and define requirements
  • Use a variety of techniques like Storyboards, User Stories, and Diagrams in requirements documentation
  • Create and document stories
  • Perform integration and end to end manual testing by understanding overall application flow
  • Work with developers to create and resolve bug stories for issues found
  • Define and manage test data by supporting test strategy
  • Define acceptance criteria, specify Gherkin scripts, and execute tests
  • Facilitate meetings

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis and testing
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience developing and executing test cases
  • Experience testing enterprise-scale web applications
  • Expert in gathering requirements and creating well-documented user stories
  • Proven experience working in agile teams
  • Able to research, analyze, and resolve problem situations
  • Strong communication, decision making, management, and organization skills
