Responsibilities:
- Work to make the application easier and more efficient to use
- Gather requirements, create user stories and provide documentation
- Work with developers, perform testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with other project members to ensure overall coverage and understanding
- Act as a liaison between Business Users and IT
- Ensure constant communication cycle with these parties throughout the life of the project
Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall Business Analyst and/or Quality Assurance experience
- Deadline driven
- Excellent communication skills
