  • Manage and enhance the company’s middleware technology product portfolio
  • Participate in product scoping, discovery and framing, and inceptions providing technical input
  • Translate user features into system design
  • Work closely with the product owner/Business Analyst
  • Lead daily site, cross-site, and product team standups
  • Lead the effort of shaping the architecture and design of the product
  • Lead collaboration and strategy alignment across product portfolios
  • Serve as an expert on multiple business domains and an advocate of multiple technology stacks
  • Guide the team in choosing the right technology, solving technical problems, and resolving any technical conflicts within the team
  • Establish continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines and practices
  • Coach and mentor to individuals to help ensure overall organizational success


  • 5+ years of applicable experience leading and/or directing a representative IT planning, application development, support, and/or infrastructure organization
  • Hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering large scale distributed systems and/or applications for the cloud
  • Experience in developing events based integrations tooling for documentation, versioning, service discovery/registration, testing, and management
  • Understanding of MuleSoft Deployment/architecture
  • Able to define MuleSoft design and development best practices and testing guides etc.
  • Strong experience in developing APIs on MuleSoft platform or similar
  • Strong experience with event-based integrations, connectors, and other tools for Amazon S3, Amazon MQ, HTTP RESTful APIs, OIDC/OAuth (Okta), Java libraries, relational databases, file shares
  • Experience working in on-shore/offshore development model
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
