Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot information technology systems and networks for the company
  • Ensure systems are thoroughly tested, configured, and installed according to defined standards, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and support bank systems and alerts management of any performance or security issues
  • Create and maintain configuration diagrams, installation scripts, and documentation
  • Provide superior customer service to employees at multiple locations
  • Work with end-users, the Service Desk, and the Technology team to address and resolve problems

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with information technology in a highly available environment
  • Skilled at exchange server and windows server installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with network and voice systems installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Banking or Financial Institutions is highly preferred
  • Outstanding problem solving, customer service, and communication skills
