Responsibilities:

  • Support PTQ quoting software
  • Interact with internal users as well as external customers
  • Focus on adding new users, troubleshooting errors and software installations

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Associate degree in an IT or business curriculum
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft applications
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, computer and communication skills
