We are looking for a Software Engineer Lead with experience managing multiple teams of software engineers. In this working manager role, you will be responsible for developing, stabilizing, improving, and optimizing the performance development platforms through technical leadership, direction, and governance of internal and 3rd party solution providers.   • Lead software engineering teams of tech leads and software engineers utilizing different software development methodologies
  • Direct the teams throughout the software development life cycle (SLDC)
  • Daily Mentor, coach, develop, evaluate, and direct team members
  • Guide and consult on application design
  • Help analyze business technology needs and implement solutions to solve technology and business needs
  • Oversee 3rd party managed-service vendors
  • Direct and help develop strategy and roadmaps


  • 6+ years of application development including:
    • Angular 2+ with Typescript for UI development of responsive web applications
    • HTML 5, CSS 3 elements both within Angular and externally (packages such as HighCharts)
    • C# .Net
    • Azure SQL
  • 3+ years management experience leading software engineering teams
  • 3 + years of experience working directly with 3rd party vendor and solution providers, as well as providing technical oversight and governance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related degrees
