Responsibilities:
- Support the HCM Cloud, CRONOS, and SimplyWork systems for payroll (timekeeping system)
- Mentor and educate others
- Help build requirements for new features
- Work to enhance the system by researching and providing recommendations
- Understand dependencies of other tech inputs and make recommendations at a system level
- Act as lead on the team
- Work directly with vendors and Oracle databases
Requirements:
- SQL code background
- HCM (Human Capital Management) Payroll experience
- IT background supporting HR systems from a background perspective
- Able to work in-depth for a new system and build out features and requirements
- System experience with Workday and Peoplesoft
