Responsibilities:

  • Support end-users to help resolve IT-related issues
  • Complete server, cybersecurity, and cloud services administration
  • Install and maintain network devices
  • Manage and track equipment
  • Perform new user setup and device imaging
  • Work on scripting and programming related to server and cloud administration
  • Create, revise and enforce policies
  • Lead IT training for staff and end-users
  • Create and approve purchase requests for equipment
  • Manage day to day department tasks
  • Coach and train the System Administrator and Junior System Administrator

Requirements: 

  • 4-year degree in information technology/computer science program or related
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to guide the IT staff by assigning daily tasks and managing priorities
  • Skilled at managing the maintenance and administration of local servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services
