Responsibilities:
- Support end-users to help resolve IT-related issues
- Complete server, cybersecurity, and cloud services administration
- Install and maintain network devices
- Manage and track equipment
- Perform new user setup and device imaging
- Work on scripting and programming related to server and cloud administration
- Create, revise and enforce policies
- Lead IT training for staff and end-users
- Create and approve purchase requests for equipment
- Manage day to day department tasks
- Coach and train the System Administrator and Junior System Administrator
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in information technology/computer science program or related
- 6+ years of experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to guide the IT staff by assigning daily tasks and managing priorities
- Skilled at managing the maintenance and administration of local servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services
