Responsibilities:
- Investigate cyber threats
- Work to automate and enrich parts of the investigation process
- Research emerging threats, threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Assist in the identification of threats to networks, systems and intellectual property
- Use internal and external intelligence to create, analyze or adjust detection methods and capabilities
- Mentor junior analysts
Requirements:
- Experience in cyber security investigations
- Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources
- Understand the principles and methods behind investigations from various sources
- Previous SOC experience
- Prior experience in advanced threat detection is preferred
- Planning, problem-solving, analytical, consulting, time management and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively share information
