  • Develop and lead the strategy and direction for all network information systems
  • Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals
  • Enhance the overall user experience of all technology systems
  • Develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs
  • Mentor and develop a strong Information Technology team
  • Develop and communicate information systems management, governance structure, and project statuses
  • Oversee network data governance activities
  • Lead the development of a methodology that balances requests for technologies and services with available resources and prioritizes the projects and services to be provided
  • Develop standards and procedures for selection, implementation, integration, and support of systems
    Monitor the productivity of information systems resources and manage those resources in a cost-effective, flexible, and timely manner
    Enhance the utilization of the network information system and advanced clinical systems across the network
    Analyze complex business needs and recommend technical solutions


  • 15+ years of experience being responsible for IT operations and service leadership related experience
  • Expertise in broad information technology healthcare leadership
  • Proven successes in collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and future planning
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, management, and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations
  • Proven program/project management skills, specifically related to health IT
  • Skilled at managing, working, and delivering results on multiple projects at the same time
