Responsibilities:
- Lead, analyze, design, develop, and implement new or existing applications using Agile methodologies
- Design and develop enterprise level software applications, data structures, and processes to meet the needs of the management systems
- Create, examine and critique applications and systems architecture
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives
- Ensure business needs are met by working closely with business stakeholders
- Identify risks, feasibility, cost and compatibility
- Mentor application developers
- Contribute and adhere to the company’s software development life cycle
- Work with external vendors on development and defect resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience
- 6+ years of experience in software development/technical leadership experience
- Experience using the Microsoft stack
- Expertise in C#, SQL Server and ASP.NET/.Net Core/.Net 5, MVC
- RESTful API’s and Microservices experience
- Experience with large, complex relational databases and query optimization
- Past experience partnering with other information technology disciplines
- Demonstrated technical leadership
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
