Responsibilities:
- Deliver multiple project initiatives by leading and managing the project lifecycle
- Determine the project scope and develop project plans
- Deliver effective, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients, and vendors
- Partner with technology leaders to identify project resources and develop a schedule
- Oversee completion of project tasks
- Apply project management methodology and enforce project standards
- Maintain project documentation
- Report risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management
- Manage, monitor and report risks within the scope of work area
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of project management experience, or equivalent training and/or experience
- Experience with an ALM tool, such as Microsoft Azure, JIRA or VersionOne
- Experience with an Enterprise Project Management tool, such as Planview PPM Pro, Clarity, etc.
- Working knowledge of standard software packages, agile and waterfall SDLCs
- Basic knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
- Strong risk management skills
