Responsibilities:
- Provide overall business project leadership for medium to large, high-value assigned projects
- Serve as the liaison between the leadership team and the scrum or project teams
- Lead cross-functional teams from the ideation stage all the way through implementation
- Lead teams through changes with detailed communications plans and fully documented business procedures and training
- Provide regular report-outs to senior management on dashboard metrics, trend analysis, and financial results for projects
- Ensure project adheres to scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with Epic Owners, Portfolio Team, and impacted Stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business knowledge including life and/or annuity experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in identifying and resolving complex issues
- Ability to oversee cross-site, cross-functional teams
