Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps
- Manage product backlog, prioritizing features and stories that drive the greatest business value
- Lead scrum team members through the creation of innovative and impactful solutions
- Update the organization on product development progress and ongoing product metrics
- Provide input into overall strategic planning for the department
- Conduct product demos with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to other product owners and assist with escalated issues
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience leading project teams to successfully deploy solutions through the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of agile development methodology and roles
- Experience effectively managing a product backlog inclusive of new features, defects, technical debt, automation, spikes, and innovation
- Experience executing a minimum viable product (MVP) approach
- Ability to deliver a short-term and long-term product vision/roadmap
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
