What you will do:
Provide front-line support for the network and telecom team
Support the team with network, telecom, and security management
Install, configure, and do ongoing maintenance of networked information systems
Install and setup end users with network hardware
Monitor network security alerts and capture data for the Network Engineers
What you will need to be successful:
1-3 years of experience
Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, testing and troubleshooting of
network systems
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
