Lead Solution Engineer (32856)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and technical guidance on the design and implementation of technology solutions
  • Work to gain a competitive advantage in order to support business needs and strategy
  • Review current technology landscape, conduct research on new and emerging technologies
  • Perform capability mapping
  • Implement test-driven development practice
  • Transform business requirements into technology solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of business-centric technology solutions
  • Design, analyze, develop and edit software solutions that are successfully implemented and delivered

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of information technology experience including 5+ years in a software engineering role.
  • 2+ years of information technology leadership experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure / cloud, DevOps, .NET, etc.
  • Intermediate level experience in multiple information technology disciplines
  • Experience in different technology stacks such as Microsoft (.NET), C#, J2EE, etc.
  • Agile processes experience
  • Familiarity with common system integration and services frameworks
  • Past exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments
