Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technical guidance on the design and implementation of technology solutions
- Work to gain a competitive advantage in order to support business needs and strategy
- Review current technology landscape, conduct research on new and emerging technologies
- Perform capability mapping
- Implement test-driven development practice
- Transform business requirements into technology solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of business-centric technology solutions
- Design, analyze, develop and edit software solutions that are successfully implemented and delivered
Requirements:
- 7+ years of information technology experience including 5+ years in a software engineering role.
- 2+ years of information technology leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure / cloud, DevOps, .NET, etc.
- Intermediate level experience in multiple information technology disciplines
- Experience in different technology stacks such as Microsoft (.NET), C#, J2EE, etc.
- Agile processes experience
- Familiarity with common system integration and services frameworks
- Past exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments
