Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a roadmap to facilitate application software development
- Ensure development work is prioritized in line with business requirements
- Maintain fully functioning applications software by monitoring, identifying, assessing, and correcting highly complex software problems
- Design, develop, execute and maintain highly complex automated unit tests to ensure the quality of solution being built
- Discuss and recommend improvements to increase the quality of the technical solution and supporting infrastructure
- Responsible for the training and development of IT Engineer team members, including providing mentorship and other instruction
- Identify problems, analyze and evaluate information in order to determine solutions for problem-solving
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience building and maintaining technical solutions in a mobile application environment
- Android Native/Kotlin development experience
- Experience with cross-platform mobile app development frameworks/tools
- Mobile application security best practices experience
- Agile methodologies experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
