Responsibilities:

  • Support existing applications and projects
  • Ensure continuous improvement by proposing changes to methodologies, procedures, and software development lifecycle
  • Provide leadership on various application development initiatives
  • Work with the business areas to gain a strong understanding of the product line assigned
  • Maintain existing enterprise applications using preferred technologies
  • Perform application analysis, configuration, and support of vendor developed applications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of system design and development experience
  • Excellent development skills in technologies such as Java, SQL, JavaScript
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns, application architecture, and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, log4j, JUnit, Mockito
  • Experience in development teams using automation associated with continuous integration, deployment, and release management
  • Experience with automation tools like Jenkins
