Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives by overseeing the execution and analytics/reporting
  • Translate customer strategy and requirements to technical and functional design
  • Drive work breakdown, program increment planning, user story elaboration, grooming, and execution planning across product lines and scrum teams
  • Responsible for execution of sprints and achieving incremental delivery of capabilities
  • Execute complex projects and programs
  • Seek and utilize relevant functional, business, and technical knowledge to identify and recommend the best solutions for clients
  • Solve complex problems
  • Provide assumptions for models, interpret results, and review and provide feedback to improve the quality of deliverables
  • Lead the development of client documentation and present results and recommendations
  • Manage the development of proposals and approaches for single or multi-phase complex projects that span multiple teams or areas
  • Identify client needs and design strategies and solutions to meet those needs
  • Demonstrate financial acumen by articulating business value for engagements
  • Identify changes to deliverables and scope
  • Lead team in evaluating and pursuing new business and operational improvement efforts
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal team processes or to supported business’s processes, products, or services

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in program/project management within a technology environment
  • Experience as a scrum master, scaled agile framework, or agile product owner with SDLC, agile scrum, and kanban experience preferred
  • Understanding of functional technical information
  • Able to clearly articulate decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Able to anticipate and assist team members in the creation of routine technical communication materials
  • Able to creatively resolve complicated business and technology problems in ambiguous situations
  • Knowledge of software development platforms and processes
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, planning, decision-making, and negotiation skills
