Our local client is searching for an Information Technology Generalist to join their growing team. We are looking for individuals with a well-rounded technology background and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Deliver support to end-users in effective usage of computer hardware, software, and security systems through installation, consultation, troubleshooting, and training
- Connect users to network infrastructure and provide training on navigation and proper usage
- Install hardware and peripheral components on users’ premises
- Administer company communication technologies such as email, phones, and messaging services
- Assist in research and procurement of technology-related equipment that meets the organization’s needs
- Identify technology security requirements
- Diagnosis and resolve technology infrastructure errors and issues
