  • Provide support for multiple projects from beginning to end, while maintaining customer satisfaction, quality, schedule, and project budget
  • Perform site visits, inspections, factory start-up of systems and customer/partner training
  • Partner with customers’ internal information technology departments to implement large implementations of their software product


  • 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Strong background managing Windows Servers
  • Experience with the Cisco IOS preferred
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the time (international and national)
