  • Document, track, and monitor incident and problem service tickets
  • Ensure resolution to service tickets in a timely manner
  • Work on the efficiency, stability, and resiliency of the desktop infrastructure
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis on critical production issues
  • Manage the procurement of desktop hardware and software
  • Assist with maintaining the asset management system including yearly auditing of assets to ensure inventory accuracy of all assets
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems and recommend process improvements
  • Develop complex Batch scripts and PowerShell scripts using PowerCLI
  • Assist the Service Desk team with troubleshooting, escalated issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotation


  • Experience managing and troubleshooting VMware Horizon VDI
  • Deep technical knowledge of systems hardware and software
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
  • Dependable and willing to work on-site the majority of the time
