Responsibilities:
- Administer the VDI environment (Horizon and vSphere)
- Create PowerShell scripts to automate tasks in the Windows 10 environment
- Provide escalated support to the Service Desk related to MS Office applications, Windows 10, VDI, and mobile devices
- Work on various projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst
- Experience administering VMware’s Horizon and vSphere environment
- Advanced knowledge troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10
- Scripting skills desired with PowerShell and VBA
