  • Translate data needs to data and reporting requirements
  • Design, develop, implement financial planning and reporting solutions using PowerBI capabilities
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, views, pivot tables, and charts for further data analysis
  • Provide oversight and guidance for other team members
  • Develop custom dashboards utilizing dynamic reporting capabilities in order to address organizational needs
  • Transform business and client data requirements into meaningful data extracts, reports, and data visualizations
  • Identify gaps and streamline or enhance business and client data and reporting needs
  • Develop SQL, T-SQL scripts, and SQL stored procedures for various reporting and data development projects
  • Conduct reviews of peer data and reporting development
  • Ensure solutions that meet regulation standards are built for performance and meet development best practices
  • Develop and design solutions with security as a critical design requirement for data, systems, and applications
  • Manage, monitor, and report risks


  • 10+ years in reporting development technologies with a recent focus in PowerBI technologies
  • 3-5+ years of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project management
  • Experience creating various types of charts to provide better data visualization
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau Desktop report performance optimization
  • Able to analyze enterprise-level data sources and determine relationships between those sources
  • Expert on maintaining and managing Microsoft Power BI and Tableau reports, dashboards, and publishing to the end-users for Executive level Business Decision
  • Expert knowledge of MS office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
