Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery
- Run support deliverables and fixes
- Perform Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking
- Lead the team responsible for getting projects and tech support delivered to clients
- Coordinate program alignment between product, architecture, team leads, scrum masters, and information technology business analysts
- Oversee the epic and feature backlog
