Our client is seeking a bright Data Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This fully remote role will lead strategic data-driven projects. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to determine relationships between large datasets
  • Create complex end-to-end data flow diagrams and logical data models
  • Develop complex SQL, T-SQL scripts for various reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Document business requirements, source to target data mapping, collaboration with technology teams, design, development, testing, and deployments
  • Document System of Record data models and map to business process
  • Data mapping specification designs, data feed specifications, data analysis, and data comparison
  • Develop and document data remediation requirements and plans
  • Manage, monitor, and report risks

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills – SQL Queries as a must and prior SQL coding skills would be highly beneficial
  • Experience working with large sets of data
  • Identify and analyze data anomalies
  • Data Mapping
  • Understanding of data models – does not need to be a data modeler
  • Able to create specifications for Reporting Developers
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
