Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and monitor job input, execution, and output backup systems and applications across all platforms
– Collaborate with development staff to resolve system errors
– Monitor network, applications, and database environment through the use of automated software packages
– Communicate with technical development and database staff to resolve or escalate problem situations
– Perform special processing when requested and run systems maintenance jobs for technical staff
– Oversee input, execution, and output of print operations
Requirements:
– 1+ years of information technology experience
– Experience with automated job scheduling tools and large data centers with multiple platforms is a plus
– Excellent communication, reliability, and documentation skills
Work Model:
– Thursday – Monday
– 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM
– On-Site
