Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM administration for an inside and outside sales team
- Work with the marketing team, conduct information-gathering interviews, and create data solutions based on findings
- Responsible for the overall administration and support of the ZOHO CRM system
- Provide support and training for new and existing sales and marketing team
- Collect and extract data from warehouses for reporting
- Assist in interpretation and development of implications to address analytic problems
- Analyze performance and generate reports using database queries and Excel
- Build successful and strong relationships
- Identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPI’s and critical objectives established
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong quantitative analysis and numeric reasoning
- Understanding of relational databases and proficient in SQL
- Experience in REST and strong analytic skills
- Proficient in report design and development using various tools including MS Power BI, MS Excel, and MS Access
- Able to learn Zoho CRM
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills
