Are you experienced in working with data development teams on the flow of data through a system? Our client is seeking a bright, Business Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will write SQL queries, provide data analysis skills, and deliver proper documentation. The right individual will be skilled with Agile/Lean methodologies as well.   • Perform business requirements and scope development
  • Coordinate projects and deliver proper documentation
  • Build strong internal and external partnerships
  • Adhere to Agile principles and philosophies in fulfillment of the role
  • Work as a cross-functional team member in an Agile setting to help complete and deliver the team commitments
  • Collaborate across teams and across business areas in the spirit of an Agile mindset
  • Manage, monitor, and report risks


  • 5-8 years of experience planning, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience performing current state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions
  • 3-5 years of experience with Agile/Lean methodologies
  • 5+ years of effective planning, scheduling, coordinating medium to large projects
  • Experience serving as key liaison to other departments that have specific business functions
  • Knowledgeable on a variety of technologies and platforms
  • Microsoft Project, Office, and Visio experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
