Application Developer (31228)

Are you a talented Application Developer? Our client is seeking an Application Developer to join their team for a contract-to-hire project. This role will design, develop, test, maintain and support applications that are secure, scalable, and robust. The right individual will have strong coding capabilities as well. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain new and existing technology systems
  • Manage database tables, views, procedures, and data within Microsoft SQL Server
  • Develop appropriate requirements, scope, and estimates
  • Build strong internal and external partnerships
  • Create and maintain basic to moderately complex applications
  • Assist in the development of technical application design documents
  • Provide initial unit testing of all coding changes
  • Build and maintain applications that exceed regulatory requirements
  • Analyze business scenarios and identify opportunities for technically innovative solutions and improvements
  • Adhere to Agile principles and philosophies
  • Collaborate within the direct team in accordance with Team Agreement, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done
  • Work as a cross-functional team member in an Agile setting
  • Collaborate across teams and across business areas in the spirit of an Agile mindset
  • Manage, monitor, and report risks

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience and an aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Skilled as a Full Stack Developer in C#, React.js., API’s, and general SQL skills
  • Knowledge of an Agile methodology environment
  • Experience with Redux and/or Mulesoft would be a plus
  • Experience working in the cloud (Azure) environment would be a plus
