What you will do:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, performance problems, and configuration errors
Install, configure, and maintain networking devices and related software applications
Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and threats
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
What you need to be successful:
Experience with Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
Cisco certifications preferred
Proven experience in providing technical support for networking equipment and technologies
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, routing, switching, VLANs, and subnetting
Familiarity with network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs)
