IT Help Desk Technician (44393)

Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide support to employees. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills will set you up for success at this company. Those with at least one year of related customer service experience are encouraged to apply today!


Responsibilities:

Provide support to employees via phone and email
Troubleshoot issues around personal computing platforms, hardware, software, mobile devices, virtual environments, etc.
Provide follow-up on incidents
Document incidents thoroughly
Escalate issues when needed to appropriate teams or leadership

Requirements:
College degree
1-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of common helpdesk practices,
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
