Help Desk Technician (31976)

Our client, a growing and successful company, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to assist their users and troubleshoot applications. This individual will help with basic password resets, PoS questions, and other connection-related problems. If this position interests you and you’re dependable, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 phone support to users
  • Take inbound, internal calls
  • Assist users with basic software/hardware and Point of Sales related problems
  • Troubleshoot applications
  • Help with basic password resets, PoS questions, and other connection-related problems

Requirements: 

  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Reliable in attendance
  • Able to learn how to troubleshoot applications
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Hours:

  • Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
