Our client, a growing and successful company, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to assist their users and troubleshoot applications. Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 phone support to users
- Take inbound, internal calls
- Assist users with basic software/hardware and Point of Sales related problems
- Troubleshoot applications
- Help with basic password resets, PoS questions, and other connection-related problems
Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Reliable in attendance
- Able to learn how to troubleshoot applications
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Hours:
- Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
