Our Ankeny client is looking for a reliable and technical Help Desk Support Specialist. This role will troubleshoot applications and find resolutions to problems. Additional tasks, such as assisting users with basic software and hardware-related problems, will also be the responsibility of this individual. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot applications
- Provide level 1 phone support to users
- Take in-bound calls
- Assist users with basic software/hardware and Point of Sales related problems including basic password resets and other connection related issues
Requirements:
- Possess a strong technical aptitude
- Able to help users on technology related issues
- Reliable in attendance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM OR Friday – Tuesday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
