Our Ankeny client is looking for a reliable and technical Help Desk Support Specialist. This role will troubleshoot applications and find resolutions to problems. Additional tasks, such as assisting users with basic software and hardware-related problems, will also be the responsibility of this individual. Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot applications
  • Provide level 1 phone support to users
  • Take in-bound calls
  • Assist users with basic software/hardware and Point of Sales related problems including basic password resets and other connection related issues

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong technical aptitude
  • Able to help users on technology related issues
  • Reliable in attendance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM OR Friday – Tuesday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
