Responsibilities:

  • Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with customers, developers, designers, and management
  • Obtain, analyze, and document scope and requirements in the form of user stories
  • Oversee the activities of all phases of the projects
  • Facilitate project meetings, manage requirement changes, and resolve issues
  • Work with an agile development team, collaborating with developers and the QA
  • Manage and communicate the project schedule
  • Identify project risks and assist in providing recommendations for risk avoidance
  • Investigate customer problems referred by technical support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience in managing information technology projects
  • Able to establish, monitor, and achieve project goals with minimal supervision
  • Able to adapt quickly to new and changing environments and processes
  • Experience with medium complexity web development projects
  • Strong business and technical analysis skills
  • Excellent SQL and relational database knowledge
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
