Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to assist with transitioning employees from an onsite, office setting to a remote environment. This includes analyzing, researching and resolving hardware and software issues and documenting current processes and troubleshooting steps while working to create efficiencies. Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment inventory checkout
- Tear down desk equipment
- Complete tier 1 desktop support work (replacing hardware/installation of software)
- Provide mobile device support
- Perform Thin Client imaging
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of IT Service Desk experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Working knowledge of mobile operating systems (IOS, Android, and Windows)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of server and printing technologies
- Working knowledge of VMWare
- Working knowledge of McAfee Endpoint
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
