Graceland University has a full-time position available for a Network Technician in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Department on the Lamoni, Iowa campus.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Designing and building networks to support University initiatives; configure and deploy switches, routers, Access Points and controllers; and analyze and resolve network-related problems.
- Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
- This position is expected to provide high-quality customer service to students, colleagues, and external partners while working as a team-member on network and server environment.

Requirements
Candidates with Computer or Information Science, Computer Engineering bachelor’s degrees or combinations of job experience and certification programs with knowledge of Cisco, Aruba and Sophos devices are ideal. Ability to solve complicated technical problems, read and analyze technical literature, and manage complex projects is a must.
