60% of your day will involve customer-facing activities while 40% will comprise of billing-related tasks.
Here’s how you will contribute:
Respond to all customer inquiries which can range from products, services, pricing, availability, service requests, trouble tickets, party planning and more.
Process customer orders for installation or other services.
Update all customer accounts and subscriber billing records utilizing our ERP/billing platform.
Create trouble tickets which summarize customer reported technical issues.
Review invoices for accuracy, research and solve payment discrepancies, and adjust invoices as necessary. Calculate and post adjustments and other charges and credits.

Highly proficient with computers, ERP/billing software including Excel.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Attention-to-detail, ability to multi-task, and billing AR skills are essential for this role.
