Administrative & Project Coordinator

In this role, you will be an integral member of our team providing administrative support, organizational assistance, and project coordination. This opportunity uniquely exposes you to all facets of our business. Here’s how you will contribute:

Maintain an organized system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects.
Records and document management and report creation.
Manage and work with our ERP provider and internal users to optimize usage of the system.

We are targeting someone who is fun, energetic, flexible, and has a ‘get it done’ mentality with a confident and collaborative attitude. You are able to quickly obtain information needed to move forward with a specific objective. A working knowledge of project management best practices and familiarity with project planning software would certainly help you hit the ground running.
