PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Director of Analytics and Reporting will be primarily responsible for working with Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) staff members to support Iowa PCA, INConcertCare, Inc. (INCC) and IowaHealth+ (IH+) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) strategic initiatives through data analytics and reporting facilitate clinical, strategic, and operational decision-making. The Director of Analytics and Reporting works under the direction of the Senior Director of Data and Technology to develop and implement data and reporting strategy across the Iowa PCA and related organizations (INCC and IH+) and to lead the implementation and maintenance of data products. This position leads the Iowa PCA Reporting Team. This position contributes to the organization’s mission by adhering to the core values and supporting the goal of more efficient and effective healthcare delivery through evidence-based decision-making.
