Our Design team is growing, and we are looking for a top-notch UI/UX Designer. We pride ourselves on creating delightful experiences, and are looking for someone who is passionate about user research, design, technology and working with a cross-functional team to deliver a great product experience. Responsibilities include performing a full range of product design skills, including visual design, interaction design, user research, product strategy, wireframing and prototyping, and keeping up with latest trends to raise the bar even higher.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Take project from brief, research, and concept exploration through prototyping, visual design, stewardship and development
  • Contribute and utilize established brand guidelines, and design system to maintain consistency
  • Gain understanding of target users through research and interaction
  • Deliver projects by working collaboratively with others as well as independently
  • Experience working with agile scrum teams, collaborating closely with software engineers, tech leads, product owners, quality analysts and delivery specialists
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of deliverables
  • Continually keep yourself and design team updated with the latest changes in industry

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in user experience design (UX), usability, visual design, user interface design, and best practices
  • Must have a portfolio to show design and research work
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, journey maps, etc.
  • Have an eye for detail and skilled in creating and implementing web and product designs
  • Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficient experience using tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision and MIRO
  • Strong foundation in typography and layout
  • Experience using analytic tools such Google Analytics and HotJar or equivalent
  • Understand and advocate industry best practices and the reason for using them Detail oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work easily with resources at all levels
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising quality
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
